Melissa draws on her combined knowledge of the electronics payment industry with her business development and project skills. With over ten years senior management experience in electronic payments, Melissa has an additional ten years experience in billing and collections. Melissa is an active participant on NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payment and has twice been elected as a leader on the Steering Committee. Previously, Melissa has held senior management positions with Transactis, BellSouth (now AT&T), and Equifax, where she focused on developing and implementing data-driven and technology-based solutions. She holds a master’s in Operations Research from the University of North Carolina and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s in Mathematics from Transylvania University (Lexington, KY) where she was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon – the Economics Honor Society.
