Robert R. Craig

Chairman

Mr. Craig is an entrepreneur with over twenty years experience starting and growing financial services companies. His most recent role is Chief Revenue Officer, SVP of Fiserv Corporation. He was previously general manager of Online Resource’s (NASDAQ: ORCC) eCommerce division, he grew the $11-million business – acquired from Princeton eCom – into a company worth $65 million in less than four years. Previously, Mr. Craig served as head of business development for First Data’s payments business.  Mr. Craig was also a co-founder of REMITCO, which he helped grow into a $100-million company. When REMITCO was eventually sold to First Data in 2000, it was responsible for nearly a billion payments a year. Mr. Craig’s experience also includes over 10 years in corporate banking where he served in senior management positions with Wells Fargo and JPMorgan’s global treasury and commercial divisions. He holds a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College in international economics.

 

Norman Understein

CEO/Executive Chairman

Mr. Understein is a founder of the Company and has served as a director since the Company’s inception in February, 1999. Mr. Understein has over 35 years of founding and managing start-up businesses including those involved in marketing, hotel development, residential and commercial real estate development, medical imaging facilities (MRI, PET), publishing and the Internet (a founder of: Bid4Assets, Inc., Legal Notice Registry Corporation, Credit Card Applications, and others).  He was a founder of and investor in 20/20 Laser Centers, which was acquired by TLC-The Laser Center, a public company that helped bring laser vision correction to the United States; Timesaver, Inc., an international credit card marketing company; and Metro Publishing Company, obtaining recognition as the first company to publish the pocketsize zip code directory with sales over 1 million copies.  Mr. Understein was a Registered Securities Principal with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and the National Association of Securities Dealers (“NASD”) from 1983 until 2000, was a licensed real estate agent until 2010, and a private pilot.  He earned his B.S. degree from Bradley University. 

 

Susan Piersol

Ms. Piersol has served as a director on the eDeposit board since 2002. Ms. Piersol is the President and Owner of Piersol Development, a residential building company in Southern New Jersey which she founded as a real estate investment in 1989. Prior to forming Piersol Development. Ms. Piersol managed the Philadelphia sales offices of the Fountain Division for Coca Cola USA. After graduating from Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, Ms. Piersol earned her MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. She began her career at Ford Motor Company and became the first female General Field Manager at the company. Ms Piersol has served on the Board of Directors for two banking organizations, the last being Susquehanna Bancshares SUSQ which is a publicly traded company. Ms. Piersol is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, Builders League of South Jersey. She is currently on the board of the Robin’s Nest, a 45 year-old non-profit organization that provides services for children in need and is President of Life Link LP, a permanent low income housing facility for youths 18-23 “Aging Out” of the foster care system. 

 

David Eisenberg 

Mr. Eisenberg is a strategic executive with a proven history of executing growth for large and small companies.  An outstanding leader in motivating management teams in highly competitive industries he is recognized for retail industry knowledge and perceptive understanding of consumer issues involving merchandising, advertising, distribution and customer service.  Mr. Eisenberg is skilled in forecasting sales trends, customer needs, and expanding market position through organic growth and strategic acquisitions in order to achieve targeted short and long range goals.   Most recently Mr. Eisenberg has been  CEO of GPM Investments, LLC (a gas station/convenience store chain with sales of $1.2 billion), and still remains a consultant and a member of their Board.   He was formerly the CEO of: PowerSports, Inc.; Smith & Hawken;   MJDesigns, P.C.; Let's Talk Cellular & Wireless; and Chief Auto Parts.  In addition, Mr. Eisenberg was Chief Operating Officer at Peoples Drug Stores, Inc. from 1986 to 1991.  Mr.  Eisenberg has been active in over 20 industry and community boards over the years, including:  National Association of Chain Drug Stores; Automotive Parts & Accessories Association; Earl Scheib, Inc.; Samuels Jewelers, Inc.; National Children's Medical Center; Greater Washington Board of Trade; and B'nai Zion.   His past honors include the Torch of Learning Award, established chair in school of Pharmacy at Hebrew University, Jerusalem; Retail Excellence Award as “Merchandiser of the Year;”  and Retail Drug Institute “Man of the Year Award.”
