Product Manager

The Product Manager, Payment Products will be responsible for a complex payment product line, including requirements gathering and working closely with the development team to deliver high performing features on time and within budget. The product manager will also work closely with sales, marketing, and support to ensure our product compliments our business model and helps us grow into a large and profitable company.

The Product Manager is expected to:

  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from product requirements, to development, to adoption by the client base
  • Work cross-functionally across development, marketing, operations and sales to deliver high performing and well-adopted products
  • Deliver well-documented internal and external knowledge base product material
  • Participate in prioritization of product roadmap by balancing the needs of the end customer and client base with key revenue drivers
  • Stay abreast of ever changing technology, customer adoption and market opportunity trends
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis that identifies areas to improve product performance and flexibility
  • Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new features
  • Become an expert on other products in the marketplace
  • Be a go-to person and strategic leader within the company


Desired experience and expertise:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a Product Manager for a major eCommerce payment product
  • Experience with payment related fraud prevention strategies
  • Experience as a Product Manager for a software product (B2B or B2C)
  • Experience with Agile development processes 
  • "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, startup attitude
  • Natural ability to relate to customers and prospects
  • Ability to work with different people across a team effectively
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA or other Master's preferred)

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing programs to drive growing acceptance of the company’s services offerings as well as achieve revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing B2B and B2C marketing programs that include generating awareness, empowering the sales team, and conducting lead capture and lead warming campaigns. The Marketing Manager will plan innovative and targeted marketing programs and campaigns that generate results.

The Marketing Manager is expected to:

  • Develop, optimize and manage targeted marketing campaign activities to existing and new customers for promoting our existing and new service offerings, including: 
    • Outbound campaigns
    • Trade show and event planning
    • Streamlining client sign-up/on-boarding processes
    • Establishing marketing success metrics
  • Development and execution of training and education programs, presentations and campaigns for internal and external purposes
  • Develop and manage all external and internal facing service offerings marketing and sales collateral including website and social media sites
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and bridge the gap between development, product management, sales, operations, and marketing teams in order to create and deliver high quality, targeted marketing materials
  • Develop annual marketing budget based on strategies and tactical plans to meet business revenue targets


Desired experience and expertise:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience creating marketing campaigns and sales pipeline as well as creating sales support and thought leadership materials within high-tech and payment services industry
  • Knowledge of new marketing development processes, go to market strategies, and marketing life cycle management
  • Familiar with segmentation strategies that optimize results
  • Proven experience with multiple marketing vehicles including email, events/webinars, social media and online advertising
  • Exceptional ability to write and create product content
  • "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, startup attitude
  • Bachelors Degree required (MBA or other Master’s preferred)
